Pricing for Philadelphia Eviction Services
EVICTION - Package A (Virtual Information Session) - $250
Package A's virtual information session involves a virtual meeting where the customer is provided with guidance based on an understanding of your eviction needs. The package also includes a summary of what the landlord needs to do in terms of pre-court next steps. Based on the consultation the customer is provided with an overview of the eviction process including a checklist roadmap for the particular scenario in order to successfully file the eviction in the Philadelphia Municipal Court.
EVICTION - Package B (Preparation of eviction file) - $500
The preparation package builds upon the Consultation Package by not only providing a summary of next steps for an eviction but by authorizing Philadelphia Eviction Services staff to prepare the necessary paperwork that is required documentation in order to file the eviction in the Philadelphia Municipal Court himself or herself.
EVICTION - Package C (Filing the eviction & obtaining a court date)- $750
The Filing package involves building upon both the Consultation & Preparation Package by authorizing Philadelphia Eviction Services staff to file the paperwork with the Philadelphia Municipal Court on behalf of the landlord. This package includes providing the landlord with Philadelphia Municipal Court eviction hearing information.
NOTE: Additional Services / Charges
The cost breakdown and description summarized in the packages mentioned above are based on a simple eviction and DO NOT include representing the landlord in court or litigation. In addition, additional charges for additional services must be agreed upon if retroactive steps and preparation must be done for pre-requisite compliance matters.
